One of the many misconceptions about achieving a healthier and more well-balanced life is that you’re trying to reach an endgame or a final destination. In truth, you must treat your journey as a FOREVER thing you are doing!

Instead of beating yourself up because your process isn’t perfect, why not take the time to appreciate your small victories or progress.
