Practicing stillness and not thinking about any negative thoughts can help you relax. Close your eyes. #4. Forgive yourself for your shortcomings

As cliché as it may sound, it’s essential to remind yourself that no one is perfect. That’s why you should stop punishing or belittling yourself constantly because of your previous mistakes. 

Learn to forgive yourself and move on by following simple practices such as talking to your inner critic, seeking forgiveness from people you hurt, and allowing yourself to start all over. 

It would help if you also reminded yourself that your mistakes or wrong actions do not define you as a person. Instead, they should motivate you to keep moving forward and to nurture a better version of you.  

#5. Choose FACTS over OPINIONS

Opinions of others around you should never be your basis on how you define your self-value, especially if they’re not true. So instead of letting them crush your confidence and break your spirit, take the time to deconstruct these negative opinions to reveal factual lessons. From there, you can use what you learn to improve yourself and let the negativity float away.

The last item on our list of actionable steps to boosting self-worth and regaining one’s lost self-confidence and self-belief is nurturing a Warrior Strong Forever mindset. No matter where you are in your wellness and health journey, I hope you invest more time and effort to build your self-esteem and body confidence. If you're not sure where to start, I have gathered some expert tips you can try.

How to Develop Body Positivity

Your journey towards self-discovery and self-love always begins with a Personal Promise to yourself.  Having something you can commit to, like “I want to feel more content” or “I want to feel happy and fulfilled no matter what shape I am in,” will serve as your guiding light in your journey towards embracing body positivity.  It will also motivate you to keep moving forward, regardless of how difficult the process can get.

So I want you to take a minute to think about what you want to promise to yourself. Then, once you have that image in your head, you can follow the tips on developing body positivity below.

Redefine What Healthy Looks Like

Being healthy doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to be skinny. However, if this has been your gold standard in achieving a “good” body image, you need to redefine your approach ASAP. 

Instead of focusing on seeing massive changes in your weight, shift your attention to the benefits that your fitness and lifestyle modifications can bring to you. Think about all the fantastic things you can do, like decreasing your risk for diseases.

Say Yes To More Positivity 

Distance yourself from images or thoughts that further antagonize your insecurities, such as photoshopped images or rude social media comments concerning body shapes. You can opt out of online content that prevents you from developing a more positive outlook on your body.

There are many inspiring content out there that you can follow and add to your daily newsfeed on Facebook, Instagram, or other digital platforms. You can also check out personalities that champion body positivity and self-love.

Schedule A “Me” Time

What better way to cultivate body positivity than having a dedicated “me” time each month? It allows you to relax and calm your nerves after busy weeks. It also works miracles in getting rid of negative thoughts and encouraging self-discovery. You can choose from all sorts of ways to pamper yourself, such as:

Instead of telling yourself that “ I have to be perfect or  there is not enough  time to see the  results I want.”  or “This is too hard to stay consistent” ”   Let’s flip the switch to this instead; 

“I’ll see great results, if I focus on my daily consistent progress. .”

“I can make time to exercise, make healthy meals, and practice my mindset shifts because I deserve it.”

“It’s not easy, but anything worth achieving takes work, and I’m on my way to becoming the healthiest version of myself.

Instead of questioning every effort you make and viewing failures as the end of the line, you will need to take the brave step and begin honing an unstoppable and Warrior Strong Forever mindset.

So, how does the Warrior Strong Forever Mindset work?  Essentially, being Warrior Strong involves nurturing a growth-driven framework of thinking that focuses on using sustainable, scalable, and consistent approaches to achieving a healthy, happy, and well-balanced life.

Choosing the Warrior Strong Forever Mindset by shifting your thought process, prioritizing your health and wellbeing, and fulfilling your personal promises to yourself. 

Instead of dwelling on the reasons for your past failures, this mindset teaches you to say, “what can I do to become better?” and “I am more than capable of improving because I am a warrior! !”

How to Hone a Warrior Strong Forever Mindset
