#1 Banana and Berry Bone Broth Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 4 dates (pitted)

  • ¾ cup of mixed berries

Method:

Add bananas and dates into a blender and blend until fully combined. Add in all remaining ingredients and ice cubes as per your liking, blend once more until mixture is smooth. Pour into a glass, and enjoy.

  • 1 cup sliced apple

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates

Method:

Blitz all of the ingredients together in a blender until fully combined. Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

#3 Mango Bone Broth Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Bone broth powder
  • 1 ripe, medium-large mango
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey

Method:

Blend all ingredients together in your blender until well combined. Pour out the smoothie into a tall glass and finish with a small drizzle of honey. Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 1/2 cups of Bone Broth

Method:

Combine all ingredients, in a high-speed blender. Pour mixture into a cup. Top with a light dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon and enjoy!
